Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund (AALDEF)
Founded in 1974, AALDEF is a group of community activists who believe the law should be used as a tool to achieve social and economic justice for Asian Americans and all Americans. Our aim is to build an informed and active Asian American that is involved in the civic life of this country.

The Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies (APAICS)
Every summer, APAICS invites a group of exceptional college students from across the nation to experience working in Congress and federal agencies.

Asian American Justice Center
Works to advance the human and civil rights of Asian Americans through advocacy, public policy, public education and litigation. AAJC is one of the leading experts on issues of importance to the Asian American community including affirmative action, anti-Asian violence prevention/race relations, census, immigrant rights, immigration, language access and voting rights.

National Coalition for Asian Pacific Community Development (CAPCD)
The first national advocacy organization dedicated to addressing the community development, organizing and advocating needs of the diverse and rapidly growing Asian American Pacific Island community nationwide. Our mission is to be a powerful voice for the unique community development needs of AAPI communities and to strengthen the capacity of community-based organizations to create neighborhoods of hope and opportunity.

National Association of Asian American Professionals
This is the largest and fastest growing Asian American organization in the US and Canada. NAAAP is a proving ground, forging leaders of tomorrow through professional development, cultural awareness and community service.

Art/Media

Center for Asian American Media
We are a non-profit organization. We present stories that convey the richness and diversity of the Asian Pacific experience. We do this by funding, producing, distributing and exhibiting films, videos and new media.

Association for Asian American Studies (AAAS)
This is a scholarly, non profit professional association open to all persons interested in Asia. It seeks through publications, meetings and seminars to facilitate contact and exchange of information among scholars to increase their understanding of the East, South and Southeast Asia. It counts among its members, scholars, business people, diplomats, journalists and interested lay persons

National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP)
The National Association of Asian American Professionals is the largest and fastest growing Asian American professional organization in the U.S. and Canada.

Asian Professional Exchange (APEX)
Today, an organization exists to serve as that place where young Asian American professionals can explore new career paths, meet peers and leaders who impart insights from their experiences, and truly understand what "community" means.

Asian American Journalists Association (AAJA)
The Asian American Journalists Association (AAJA) was founded in 1981 by a few Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) journalists who felt a need to support one another and to encourage more Asian American and Pacific Islanders to pursue journalism at a time when there were few Asian American and Pacific Islander faces in the media.

Conference on Asian Pacific American Leadership

National Asian Pacific American Bar Association
The National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) is the national association of Asian Pacific American (APA) attorneys, judges, law professors, and law students, providing a national network for its members and affiliates. NAPABA advocates for the legal needs and interests of the APA community and represents the interests of over 40,000 attorneys and 47 local APA bar associations, with practice settings ranging from solo practices to large firms, corporations, legal services organizations, non-profit organizations, law schools, and governmental agencies.
