Deluxe Package
This is our premium assessment package. It includes:
- Strong
Interest Inventory for Choosing a Career® (SII)
- Myers-Briggs
Type Indicator ® (MBTI)
- A ten-page Career Report for integrating
your results from the Strong and Myers-Briggs.
- JIST
Abilities Explorer for determining what skill sets
you want to use in your career
- Kerwin
Values Survey for assessing what is important
to you and what motivates you to put forth
your best efforts
A counselor
will go over the results of each assessment
with you and help you
develop
a checklist of criteria
which you can use to generate and evaluate
career options. This is our most in-depth
option and
good for students
who feel completely lost about the
kinds of careers they should explore. This package
is not apprpriate for students choosing a major. Available
for currently
enrolled UCSB
students only.
There are two versions
of the Deluxe Package:

Note:
If you have already taken the SII and/or the MBTI
within
the past
year and
are still
interested in this
package, make a half-hour appointment
with a career
counselor. The counselor will
review your results and decide with
you whether the additional assessments
would be of value. If yes, you
would be able to
get the additional
assessments
at a discount. Bring your test/s
to that first half-hour appointment.
(If you fail
to bring
your tests, the
discount will not be available
for you).
