Reference Letter Overview
Opening a file
Get a Release of Information form which is either
printable here: Release
of Info or available
at the Career Services office. Fill
out the form completely and return it to
our office. The form can be emailed, faxed
or mailed to us. You will be notified via
email as soon as your file has been opened.
Reference Letter Authorization Get a Reference Letter Authorization form that
is either confidential or non-confidential (depending
on what you chose) which is either printable
here: Confidential / Non-Confidential or available
at the Career Services office.
Fill out the top portion of
this form and give it to your recommender.
They will need to complete the bottom portion
and send it to our office along with their
letter. The letter and form can be emailed,
faxed or mailed to us as long as all signatures
are included, and both documents are together.

All shipment fees must be paid prior to submitting

Fees
Files are held open for 5 years from
the last date of activity on the file free
of charge. There is never a fee for our
service to hold or receive letters. Alumni
mailing eligibility fee post graduation is
$50. This covers one year and shipping fees
will still apply.
Individual shipping fees
are charged per destination address. We
do not charge per letter. See a full
